How the system works:

This system is a division of Carteret Mortgage Corporation. With a presence in almost every state in the country and over 2000 loan officers, we are one of the largest mortgage companies in the country. We are looking to collaborate with forward thinking commercial lenders who understand the power of marketing and are looking to build a long lasting relationship.

This system uses a database of general underwriting criteria that you as a lender complete. As a loan is submitted into the system, that loan is matched against our database to determine who is best suited to look at that loan. From then, our pre-underwriting department gathers the information and necessary documentation to verify that the loan is valid. The loan is submitted to you for your underwriting and approval.

How much does this cost you?

There are no monthly fees or dues. If you offer yield spread premium or other commission structures, we certainly want to participate in those, but if you do not, we will look to make a commission directly from the customer. Obviously, the more generous your commissions, the more loans you will see from us, provided your rates and programs are in line with other lenders.

How do you get started?

About once every month, you will be sent an email to update any information that may have changed. That is it, sit back and watch the deals come in.
